Chris Catchpole - Born in Retford, Nottinghamshire, England in 1968, Chris was previously Executive Creative Director at BBDO, DDB, Lowe and digital agency Interone China. He founded and ran his own Agency in London, and another in Vietnam. Two golds and two Silvers at Campaign’s Creative Agency of the Year Awards across four different agency networks. He has created and produced national and global campaigns for clients like Coke, BMW, Unilever, Visa and Havaianas.
He’ll start a PhD in Generative AI at RMIT later this year. A regular lecturer, mentor, panellist and advertising awards jury member, he’s also a book author and illustrator, writing for his three grown-up children plus 5yr old twins. Father of a doctor, an MA student and professional drummer. If he hadn’t been an Adman, he would have loved to go into comedy. ‘They all laughed when I said I’d become a comedian.
