Raised in New Brunswick Canada, Emily Rodger is a former two time World Champion cyclist, Ironman world qualifier, author and public speaker. She is also a lover of fly fishing and baking cookies. Following two major bike accidents where she was struck by a car both times and sustained significant injuries including a brain injury, Emily shares her stories of growing up as a little girl hiding in the shadows and later emerging as a top competitor and world class athlete only to find out that this path was not what happiness was all about. Emily now takes her life one day at a time as she slowly recovers and finds her way to turn trauma into the tools she needs to help others as an executive coach.
